Our speaker of the night is Rob ter Horst, a PhD student at Radboudumc. He has been measuring many things on himself for 1.5 years.

Rob started about 1.5 years ago and has spent about 11 hours a week measuring things. The coolest are probably a weekly brain MRI, daily & weekly sleep EEG’s, weekly stool microbiome and 3-weekly immune cells.
