PROOST!

5 Mei Plein 13, 6701 DW Wageningen

Why does my Espresso Martini foam? How does the beer fountain work? Will I get the booziest bubbles on my Whisky Sour? How about a neat two fingers of head on your craft beer? Will you remember anything about this wonderful night of science when you wake up with a hangover tomorrow?

Foams are everywhere! Through this event, we will demonstrate what are foams, how to create them, what keeps them together, and how one can use that knowledge to pour the perfect pint of beer or bake the perfect meringue or even play a prank on their unsuspecting friend. The event comprises of live demonstrations followed by brief layman explanations of the science behind the observations. Participants will also be part of a contest spanning the entire event, and there will be a secret prize for the winners at the end of the night.

A huge thank you to our Sponsors!
